There goes the neighborhood!

I ran across this fellow in the next yard of a property we inspected. Turns out the place was an animal rescue in Sylmar, CA. There were plenty of other exotic animals there as well! I thought I'd share.

Cool picture, thanks for sharing.

I did an inspection about a year ago where they had a couple of llamas (I think).  There was a retaining wall which I wanted to take a look at inside the fenced area.  I was thinking of going through the fence, then realized I must be nuts.  Those llamas are pretty big!

Hi John ~ That's a once in a lifetime inspection! What a riot.  That would have been the talk of the office if I ever spotted one on a tour.  Too much.
